We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All items may be returned within 30 days of delivery — no final sales, no exceptions, and no restocking fees ever.

Eligibility: Items must be returned in new or like-new condition, unassembled or disassembled, in original packaging where possible. Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases, Avenlur will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to the customer.

Refunds: Once the return is received and inspected, a full refund of the product purchase price will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund — including all shipping costs — at your choice.
